West York Police are investigating a rape that occurred on
December 16, 2011. The suspect has been identified by his alias as
"Javier Quintanella" or "Tomas Quintanella."
He is a Hispanic male, believed to be 18-19 years old, but has
been posing as a 23 year old. He is 5'7" with a thin build.
The suspect has been living in the York area working for
restaurants and roofing companies.
